Devon Oaks Assisted Living Earns Deficiency-Free Ohio Department of Health Survey

(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings announced that Devon Oaks Assisted Living Community in Westlake received a deficiency-free rating at the conclusion of its recent survey from the Ohio Department of Health, signifying full compliance with all standards of care and services required for assisted living communities.

The annual survey measures compliance with an extensive list of state and federal regulations to ensure that residents receive quality care that addresses individual needs and preferences. Medical records and documentation, resident care, clinical services, dining, maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services, safety, observance of resident rights, and resident/family satisfaction are among the areas evaluated by surveyors.
