Eliza Jennings is Eight-Time Winner of NorthCoast 99 Award for Top Workplaces

NC99-winner-badge-color-large(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings is proud to be recognized once again by ERC as one of Northeast Ohio’s best places to work. This is the eighth time that Eliza Jennings has earned the award.

Each year, ERC celebrates 99 organizations in Northeast Ohio that excel in attracting, motivating, and retaining outstanding employees. This year’s winners were honored at a recognition dinner September 24 at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven.

Eliza Jennings employs approximately 600 staff members throughout its network of aging services. “We are honored to once again be recognized among Northeast Ohio’s best places to work,” said President and CEO Rich Boyson. “This recognition reflects the high level of quality and performance demonstrated by our dedicated staff. We are committed to creating a culture in which employees can excel, learn, and grow professionally.”

Pat Perry, ERC’s president, commented that it has been exciting to see how NorthCoast 99 winning organizations have created environments for top employees to thrive. “It is gratifying that more and more organizations are shifting towards a great workplace strategy,” Perry said.

This is the 17th year that ERC has hosted the NorthCoast 99 award. The program was developed and is presented by ERC (www.yourERC.com), the area’s leading professional services organization dedicated to HR. NC99 is made possible by the following sponsors: ADP, Anthem, Career Curve, Frantz Ward, Gino’s Awards, Inside Business, Oswald, and Staffing Solutions.
