Minni Nair has managed Acacia Place adult day program at Eliza Jennings Health Campus since 2006 and is responsible for daily operations.
She has participated in the SAIDO Learning® initiative at Eliza Jennings since its inception in 2011. As a member of the SAIDO Learning executive committee, Minni participated in the evaluation of trial results and the infusion of the SAIDO Learning philosophy throughout Eliza Jennings communities and community-based services.
Minni received her bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery from Ambedkar Medical College in Bangalore, India, and is a licensed physician in India. She earned her MBA in Health Care Administration from Cleveland State University, specializing in geriatric long-term care. Ms. Nair is a surveyor for CARF International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. She was recently nominated for the American Society on Aging’s New Ventures in Leadership program.
