Eliza Jennings Announces New Assisted Living Residence at the Renaissance Retirement Campus

Absolute Center for Assisted Living Offers Senior Living Redefined
JULY 25, 2022 (Cleveland, Ohio) – The Renaissance Retirement Campus, Eliza Jennings’ premier life care community in historic Olmsted Township, is pleased to announce the opening of its new assisted living residence later this summer. The Absolute Center for Assisted Living features 48 units – 30 traditional assisted living apartments and 18 dedicated to memory care. The unique senior living community will complete Phase 2 of a multi-year Master Facilities Plan to renovate and expand amenities and services at the Renaissance, located at 26376 John Road.

“The Master Facilities Plan is the culmination of a multi-year planning process that began in 2017,” said Eliza Jennings President and Chief Executive Officer Richard M. Boyson Jr. “The Plan has generated tremendous anticipation and outlines a dynamic and vibrant campus designed to improve the satisfaction and comfort of current and future residents and continue to offer an optimum life-enhancing environment. The new assisted living residence, the Absolute Center for Assisted Living, will further expand options for residents and offer enhanced amenities and services.”

The 41,000 square-foot assisted living residence features state-of-the-art contemporary design and architectural elements that include stylish finishes and scenic views of the surrounding landscape, gardens, and ponds. Inviting living and dining spaces, including a pub, courtyards, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace, are designed to create opportunities for residents to engage and socialize. Additional amenities include a salon, game room, library, and spacious one- and two-bedroom suites as well as studio apartments. Assisted living offers the ideal solution for older adults who are no longer able to manage living on their own without support. Residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home that promotes independence and provides individualized personal care services when
they need them. Families experience peace of mind knowing that caring and compassionate staff members provide 24-hour assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, mobility, and hygiene. A variety of life enrichment activities provide opportunities to enjoy meaningful pastimes and new friendships, supported by caring and dedicated staff members.

The Renaissance will commemorate the opening of the new assisted living community with celebratory events September 9 and 10. VIPs and guests will enjoy cocktails in the new assisted living dining room, inaugural building tours Friday evening, and a Fun Run/Walk and Roll Saturday morning.
The Master Facilities Plan includes additional renovations that will further enhance the Renaissance vibrant lifestyle community and will be underway over the next few years.
