Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with a minor in Gerontology, from Slippery Rock University. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds certifications as a Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).
