Eliza Jennings Welcomes James W. Rogerson to Board of Trustees

(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized not-for-profit leader in aging services, announced the appointment of James W. Rogerson to the organization’s Board of Trustees effective March 2021.

“Jim’s extensive experience serving older adults and knowledge of the healthcare industry will be a tremendous asset to our organization,” said President and CEO Richard M. Boyson Jr. “His outstanding commitment to quality aging services will help us to continue to provide services that improve and enhance the health, well-being, and quality of life of the older adults we serve.”

Rogerson is chief operating officer at HealthPRO-Heritage, a contract therapy and consulting business serving continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home health agencies. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and aging services, Rogerson served as Eliza Jennings executive vice president of operations and chief operating officer from 1995 to 2007. He also served as president of Therapy Partners, a former Eliza Jennings business-to-business therapy company, from 2005 to 2010. Rogerson’s expertise includes strategic planning, fiscal management, program development and implementation, and construction/renovation work.
Rogerson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Baldwin Wallace College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University; he is a licensed nursing home administrator.
