Hospice Care

Comfort & Care Offers Choices

As an expert in aging services, Eliza Jennings is committed to offering the same compassionate support to individuals and their families who are seeking day-to-day care and services as they age, as well as those facing advanced illness and end-of-life care decisions. Comfort & Care Hospice Services are geared to providing choices that sustain dignity and autonomy, while enhancing comfort and quality of life during this difficult time.

The Comfort & Care hospice team Comfort & Care team members are experienced in geriatric care and specialize in the provision of pain and symptom management, patient and family education, and spiritual and bereavement counseling. With this level of support, patients are empowered to make meaningful decisions about their care and the legacy they will leave to their loved ones.

Personal care assistants help support patient dignity, provide additional hands-on care, and can even offer some respite for family caregivers. Counselors offer spiritual and emotional support.

Celebrating Life

We are grateful to those who support Comfort & Care hospice services through their contributions. Celebrating a life through a Memorial Gift, often given in lieu of sending flowers, provides a meaningful way to honor a loved one or friend who is no longer with us – always an appropriate expression of your sympathy.  A Memorial Gift is a sincere expression of appreciation for the exceptional care provided by our dedicated Comfort & Care staff, ensuring the continuation of these services for others who may need them.
