Kimberly R. Hernandez, MBA, PHR
VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
As Vice President of Human Resources, Kimberly Hernandez leads the development of the company’s human resource strategy and operations for the Eliza Jennings network. In addition, she monitors the employee relations climate while fostering employee growth and equality within the Eliza Jennings workplace.
With a passion for mentoring others and cultivating a positive and productive work environment, Kim seeks to identify the strengths in others and aims to help pave their path to success. She believes that investing time into growing others’ successes ultimately leads to our collective success as an organization.
Ms. Hernandez has been with Eliza Jennings since 2010. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Kent State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and LeadingAge Ohio, the state-wide organization for not-for-profit aging services providers. Ms. Hernandez holds a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Human Resources Standards Institute since 2013, became OSHA 30-Hour certified in 2017, and graduated from LeadingAge Ohio’s Leadership Academy in August 2023.
